Colleague Accommodation Attendant

About the role

The Colleague Accommodation Attendant ensures that employee housing areas are clean, hygienic, and ready for use. Working within the Human Resources department of Rotana Hotels & Resorts, you will support staff comfort by maintaining accommodation standards and handling related maintenance requests.

Key responsibilities

• Clean all common and public areas of the accommodation, including bathrooms.
• Maintain hygiene standards at all times and ensure daily garbage removal.
• Report and follow up on any maintenance or repair needs.
• Prepare rooms for new associates according to SOPs, ensuring they are in good condition.
• Maintain inventory of linen and furniture for the accommodation.
• Report any colleague complaints to the HR Director or HR Manager.
• Prevent misuse of equipment and furniture within the accommodation.

Required profile

• High school qualification or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar cleaning or accommodation support role (at least 1 month).
• Good command of English.
• Helpful, courteous attitude with strong social skills.
• Ability to take responsibility, adapt, work in a team, and focus on customer service.
