Consulting Manager – Saudi Arabia

About the role

Visa is seeking a Consulting Manager to lead consulting engagements for clients in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on identifying strategic opportunities, solving business problems, and delivering measurable impact within the payments and financial‑services ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day delivery of consulting projects, ensuring high‑quality outputs and practical recommendations.
• Translate complex business questions into structured analyses, insights and executive‑level storylines.
• Develop client recommendations grounded in data, market context and Visa’s capabilities.
• Manage multiple workstreams, timelines and stakeholder expectations.
• Serve as the trusted contact for client teams and internal Visa stakeholders, articulating findings, risks and implementation considerations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional Visa teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, Risk, Innovation) to shape client solutions.
• Support business development by contributing to proposals, identifying follow‑on opportunities and growing the pipeline.
• Oversee project workstreams, coach junior team members and promote a collaborative team culture.

Required profile
