Contact Center Specialist

About the role

Lets Pizza Saudi Arabia is seeking a full‑time Contact Center Specialist to join its Riyadh team. You will be the voice of the brand, handling both inbound and outbound calls, answering questions about orders, menu items, and branch locations, and assisting customers with delivery or service issues.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and place customer calls using the company’s contact‑center and IVR systems.
• Log each interaction accurately and update order information.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
• Coordinate with branch staff to verify orders, address complaints, and follow up on feedback.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through courteous and professional communication.

Required profile

• Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and peak business hours.
• Fluency in Arabic; English proficiency is a plus.
• High attention to detail, reliability, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with IVR systems.
• Experience using contact‑center software and call‑handling tools.
• Basic computer literacy and quick learning of new applications.
