Corporate Legal Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Legal Manager to join a prestigious and discreet organisation in Riyadh. The role will lead the company’s legal affairs, providing strategic guidance to senior management and ensuring full compliance with Saudi Arabian laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert legal counsel on corporate, commercial and regulatory matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate complex legal documents and commercial contracts.
• Identify, analyse and mitigate potential legal risks.
• Develop, implement and maintain internal governance policies and procedures.
• Manage litigation, disputes and regulatory proceedings, coordinating external counsel as needed.
• Advise on corporate governance to uphold the highest standards of practice.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory changes in Saudi Arabia that may affect the business.
• Collaborate with internal departments to deliver comprehensive legal support.

Required profile

• Fully qualified lawyer (LLB, JD or equivalent) from a reputable university.
• Substantial post‑qualification experience, preferably in a leading law firm or large in‑house corporate legal department.
• Demonstrable knowledge of Saudi Arabian corporate and commercial law.
• Exceptional drafting, negotiation and communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Strong analytical abilities with a pragmatic, commercially‑focused approach.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage diverse workloads and meet deadlines.
• High professional ethics, integrity and discretion.
