About the role
The Credit Manager will oversee the hotel's credit and accounts receivable functions, ensuring that customer creditworthiness is properly assessed and that outstanding balances are monitored. This position plays a critical role in safeguarding the hotel's financial health by driving timely collections and minimizing risk.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate customer creditworthiness to determine appropriate credit limits.
- Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Ensure timely collections in line with company policies.
- Minimize financial risk through proactive credit management.
- Maintain compliance with Accor’s internal policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Ability to assess credit risk and make informed decisions.
- Strong attention to detail for monitoring balances and collections.
- Understanding of financial compliance requirements.
- Experience in managing credit and accounts receivable within a hospitality environment is preferred.
