Customer Care Specialist – SAMA Relations

About the role

HALA, a fast‑growing fintech serving SMEs across the MENAP region, is looking for a Customer Care Specialist to manage relationships with the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA). You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring SAMA’s needs are understood and met while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and assess SAMA’s requirements to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with SAMA representatives through open communication.
• Provide accurate, complete information using appropriate tools and methods.
• Handle customer complaints, propose solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain Call Center KPIs and adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent, or comparable years of experience.
• 2‑4 years of experience in a similar customer‑care or call‑center supervisory role.
• Proven experience in the financial sector.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Advanced knowledge of compliance and regulations.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
