About the role

Fast Fit EMS Fitness is seeking a motivated Customer Care and Telesales Representative to join its Riyadh team. You will engage with customers in both Arabic and English, handling inquiries via phone and email while driving sales of our EMS fitness solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests through phone and email in Arabic and English.
• Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high service standards.
• Provide accurate product information and guide customers through the purchase process.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with the team to contribute to a positive work environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Dedicated and passionate about assisting customers.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Polished and professional demeanor.

Required skills

• Fluent Arabic and English communication, both verbal and written.
• Strong phone contact handling and active listening.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
