Customer Service Associate – Arabic Support (Saudi Nationals)

About the role

Join Amazon’s award‑winning Customer Service team in Riyadh and help us deliver the world‑class experience our customers expect. As a Customer Service Associate you will be the first point of contact for Arabic‑speaking customers in Saudi Arabia, handling inquiries via phone, chat and email.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests regarding orders, products, payments and website navigation.
• Use Amazon’s internal tools to research issues, propose solutions and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and ensure timely resolution of queries.
• Adapt to variable shift patterns, including early, late, weekend and holiday schedules.

Required profile

• Saudi national, at least 18 years old.
• High‑school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic (and English).
• Comfortable working with a computer and learning new software.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts between 8 am and 10 pm, Monday‑Sunday.
