Customer Service – English Call Center Agent

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, English‑speaking Call Center (CX) Agent to join our team. In this position you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout every interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and requests professionally and efficiently.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Resolve issues while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
• Follow established service procedures, policies, and quality standards.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up as needed.
• Identify recurring issues and give feedback to improve service quality.

Required profile

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Previous experience in a call centre, customer service or customer experience role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong problem‑solving and active‑listening skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
• Proactive, solutions‑oriented approach.
