About the role
The Advisor I, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding the client's product or services. Key responsibilities
- Review customer requests and expectations and respond to them according to their needs and situations.
- Manage multichannel interactions (voice, email, social media, or chat) to ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Develop your tech skills and learn how to use software solutions that improve people’s lives.
- Champion better brand experiences for our customers and clients.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in any related field.
- Proficient or bilingual in Arabic and English (advanced English level).
- Proactive, self‑motivated, and solution‑oriented.
- Available to work rotating and weekend shifts.
