Customer Service Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our e‑commerce team in Riyadh. The role will support customers throughout their shopping journey, handling inquiries, order follow‑up, and after‑sales issues to ensure a smooth and professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and other communication channels.
• Follow up on customer orders, shipments, and delivery status.
• Handle returns, exchanges, complaints, and after‑sales requests.
• Review and manage customer orders through the Salla platform.
• Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and shipping teams to resolve customer cases.
• Track open cases until they are fully resolved.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and recurring issues.
• Contribute to improving the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Excellent Arabic communication and writing skills.
• Strong problem‑solving, follow‑up, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable using computers, online platforms, and customer service systems.

Required skills

• Knowledge of the Salla platform.
