Customer Service Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join OSUS, a leading real‑estate developer. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality support to our clients throughout the purchase journey, ensuring their needs are met and their experience is positive.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic customer experience plans aligned with company objectives.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints across all communication channels, providing timely and professional responses.
• Analyse service performance data, identify root causes of issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date communication channels to ensure efficient handling of requests, purchases and complaints.
• Collect customer feedback before, during and after transactions to measure satisfaction and drive continuous improvement.
• Support brand‑building initiatives by sharing customer insights with marketing and other relevant departments.
• Contribute to campaigns aimed at attracting new clients, retaining existing ones and achieving growth targets.

• Ability to analyse data, identify patterns and implement solutions quickly.
• Proactive attitude towards improving processes and reducing repeat issues.
• Team player who can collaborate with marketing, sales and other departments.

Required skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience using multiple customer communication channels (phone, email, chat).
• Ability to work with customer feedback tools and performance metrics.
