About the role
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join the Customer Experience team of a leading automotive company in Jeddah. The role focuses on ensuring data accuracy, generating actionable insights and supporting data‑driven decisions that improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse customer, lead and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Maintain data quality across sales, service and customer systems.
- Prepare and update reports and dashboards such as NPS, CSI and QSR.
- Monitor customer complaints, inquiries and ticket quality.
- Produce daily and periodic insights to inform business decisions.
- Track and optimise campaign performance for SMS and customer surveys.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum three years of experience in data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Experience in automotive or customer‑experience environments is a plus.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel.
- Proficient PowerPoint.
