Delivery Officer

About the role

The Delivery Officer will lead a team of drivers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of PepsiCo stock to customers across the region. This position focuses on maintaining high service standards, proper documentation, and vehicle upkeep while supporting the company’s commitment to sustainability and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the drivers team to achieve early and reliable stock deliveries.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure proper acknowledgment of deliveries through stamped and signed invoices.
• Submit invoices to the warehouse on the same or next day and prepare daily delivery reports.
• Ensure delivery vans are kept in good working condition and adhere to safety and transportation regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in coordinating driver teams or similar logistics operations.
• Ability to read and understand documents in both English and Arabic.
• Strong time‑management and customer‑service orientation.
• Commitment to follow assigned routes, schedules, and safety procedures.
