About the role
NRTC Group is hiring a Logistics Coordinator to join its Logistics Operations team in Jeddah. The role involves coordinating transportation operations, organizing vehicles and drivers, monitoring daily schedules, and preparing operational reports to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate transportation operations.
- Organize vehicles and drivers.
- Monitor daily schedules.
- Prepare operational reports.
Required profile
- Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or operations.
- Strong organizational, coordination, follow‑up and priority‑management skills.
- Ability to organize vehicle and driver movements and monitor daily schedules.
- Good communication and coordination with different departments.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with T Management Systems (a plus).
- Knowledge of safety procedures and vehicle operating requirements (a plus).
