Demand Supply Planner

About the role

We are looking for a Demand Supply Planner to lead the forecasting and inventory management processes for our beauty and FMCG product portfolio. You will work closely with finance, marketing, supply chain and sales teams to align demand forecasts with business strategy and ensure product availability across all locations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain 12‑18 month demand forecasts at channel, category, account and item level.
• Lead the monthly IBP (S&OP) forecast review and coordinate cross‑functional alignment.
• Analyse historical sales, market trends and promotional activity to produce accurate base and promotional forecasts.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis on forecast variances and drive corrective actions.
• Build ideal stock levels by location, considering all lead times and supply reaction times.
• Manage inbound warehouse replenishment, outbound store replenishment and B2B sell‑in.
• Oversee inventory health, propose stock liquidation to avoid over‑stock, and support novelty supply planning with new product development and marketing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of demand planning experience in the beauty or FMCG industry.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a process‑focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Advanced Excel skills.
