Design Engineer - Electrical

About the role

The Design Engineer – Electrical will provide technical expertise across multiple projects, delivering innovative and compliant electrical designs that align with project visions and specifications. The role involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure designs meet regulatory standards and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update detailed design plans, using tools such as VDC and BIM, to produce high‑quality, accurate proposals.
• Monitor design schedules, KPIs and resource allocation to ensure alignment with project timelines and operational requirements.
• Address RFIs and technical queries, escalating issues as needed to maintain design integrity.
• Collaborate with engineering, architectural and quality assurance teams throughout the project lifecycle to integrate designs and conduct QA checks.
• Research and ensure compliance with local and international regulations, including ISO standards, and obtain necessary certifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 0‑4 years of relevant experience in electrical design or similar roles.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to work within established policies, procedures and ethical standards.
