Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist

About the role

NmoHub is a for‑profit innovation company that incubates, accelerates and scales high‑potential ventures. The Digital Marketing & Growth professional will design and execute marketing strategies that drive revenue, generate qualified leads and raise the visibility of both NmoHub and its portfolio companies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute NmoHub’s annual and quarterly marketing strategy aligned with revenue, partnership, incubation and venture development goals.
• Define target audiences, positioning, messaging and value propositions for NmoHub services and programs.
• Create lead‑generation plans and identify new growth opportunities, market segments and strategic partnerships.
• Design go‑to‑market plans for new programs, initiatives, services and selected portfolio companies.
• Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure marketing effectiveness.
• Manage content strategy across digital channels, producing LinkedIn posts, website copy, newsletters, service descriptions, landing pages and thought‑leadership pieces.
• Support executive branding and thought‑leadership initiatives for NmoHub leadership.
• Produce success stories, case studies and founder narratives for portfolio companies.
• Coordinate content production with designers, videographers and external partners.
• Advise incubated and portfolio companies on marketing strategy, positioning and brand visibility.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing and executing digital marketing and growth strategies.
• Ability to translate business objectives into measurable marketing initiatives.
• Experience working with B2B and B2C audiences in an innovation or venture‑building environment.
• Strong analytical mindset to define KPIs and assess campaign performance.
• Excellent written communication for content creation and storytelling.
