About the role

We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to design, implement, and optimise online campaigns that drive brand awareness and generate qualified leads. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure our digital presence aligns with business objectives and stays ahead of industry trends.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
• Manage and grow social media channels including LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, and X.
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across all digital platforms.
• Set up, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse KPIs, and adjust tactics to maximise ROI.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce high‑quality marketing assets.
• Implement SEO best practices and support SEM initiatives to improve website visibility.
• Track, analyse, and report on campaign results using analytics tools.
• Stay current with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.
• Proven capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
