Director - Core Assets Financial Planning & Analysis

About the role

Qiddiya Investment Company is building the largest entertainment city in Saudi Arabia and is looking for a Director to lead its Core Assets Financial Planning & Analysis function. The role will shape financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes and provide strategic insights to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the FP&A function, developing annual budgets, strategic forecasts and detailed financial models.
• Conduct variance analysis and deliver performance insights to senior management.
• Design and maintain reporting frameworks to monitor financial metrics across the organization.
• Collaborate with business units to align financial goals with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Identify and implement improvements to financial processes and systems for greater efficiency and accuracy.
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial presentations for executives and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on relevant financial regulations, economic trends and industry developments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; Master’s degree or CPA/CFA preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in large‑scale projects or real‑estate development.
• Proven experience leading finance teams and managing end‑to‑end financial planning processes.
• Strong analytical ability and excellent communication and presentation skills.
