Director of Revenue

About the role

As Director of Revenue for Faena The Red Sea, you will lead strategic revenue management across the luxury hotel portfolio, shaping pricing, demand optimization, and financial performance to deliver world‑class guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor group and transient business trends over a five‑year horizon, driving measurable improvements in demand, availability, and revenue.
• Provide data‑driven analysis of short‑term revenue impacts, influencing occupancy, ADR, and overall rooms profitability.
• Participate in daily revenue meetings, sales strategy sessions, and property visits to ensure alignment with market conditions.
• Analyze STAR reports and RevPAR index changes to forecast trends and guide revenue strategies.
• Develop and share best practices that elevate portfolio‑wide performance.
• Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns that boost bookings during low periods.
• Lead monthly forecast reviews, aiming for ±5% accuracy across all properties.
• Support the annual operating plan and craft a revenue management strategy aligned with Faena’s vision.
• Maintain relationships with brand partners, owners, OTAs, and industry groups such as HSMAI.
• Oversee displacement analysis, group business decisions, and the annual RFP process.
• Train sales and front‑office teams on revenue management principles and tools.
• Champion effective use of revenue management technology throughout the portfolio.

Required profile

• Minimum 7–10 years of proven experience in revenue management within the hospitality sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication skills to influence cross‑functional teams and senior leadership.
• Track record of delivering accurate forecasts and driving revenue growth.
