Director of Revenue Management – Cluster

About the role

We are looking for a Director of Revenue Management to lead a cluster of hotels in Makkah. The role is responsible for balancing financial objectives across all lodging products, maximizing total revenue through strategic pricing, inventory control and demand forecasting.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze revenue data, generate timely reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Maintain accurate reservation system information and support cluster selling initiatives across reservation centers.
• Identify trends, forecast demand and develop pricing strategies for transient and other market segments.
• Collaborate with Market VP, General Managers and sales leaders to conduct pricing analyses and validate account diagnostics.
• Lead revenue management projects, ensuring alignment with brand philosophy and market sales strategy.
• Provide functional expertise and guidance to property leadership teams on inventory, forecasting and opportunity analysis.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field with at least 1 year of revenue management or sales/marketing experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with no experience required.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to break down complex data and propose actionable solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to maintain productive relationships with hotel General Managers, franchisees, owners and regional teams.
