Director of Talent Management

About the role

The Director of Talent Management will shape and execute the organization’s talent acquisition and management strategy. This senior role is accountable for workforce planning, executive hiring, recruitment governance, employer branding, and building talent pipelines that align with current and future business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a Group‑wide talent acquisition strategy aligned with business plans, workforce requirements, and Saudization objectives.
• Translate workforce plans into annual recruitment priorities, sourcing strategies, and service‑level agreements.
• Advise executive leadership on talent market trends, recruitment risks, and critical capability gaps.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for senior, critical, and confidential positions, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Oversee employer‑branding initiatives across LinkedIn, career fairs, universities, and industry events.
• Support talent reviews, succession planning, and internal mobility mechanisms.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labour regulations and maintain recruitment governance standards.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and executive hiring.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labour regulations and Saudization objectives.
• Ability to partner with business and HR leaders to forecast talent needs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and advisory skills.
