Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations End User Support Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations End User Support Specialist to be the primary point of contact for internal business users, helping them navigate, troubleshoot, and maximize the value of our D365 F&O environment across Finance, Supply Chain, and Inventory modules.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 support for daily user issues, including error resolution, access queries, and transactional blocks.
• Troubleshoot workflows, data integration issues, and user security roles, escalating complex bugs when needed.
• Assist users with standard operating procedures and best practices across financial and operational modules.
• Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, and training materials; conduct onboarding sessions for new users.
• Act as a bridge between end‑users and the IT/technical development team to communicate requirements and track resolutions.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience supporting or working within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Strong foundational understanding of core ERP business processes such as Finance, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Supply Chain, or Procurement.
• Strong analytical skills to differentiate user errors from system bugs and trace data flow.
• Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills with a passion for helping non‑technical users.
• Preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate or Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant.
