ServiceNow Business Analyst – Integrations (Riyadh)

About the role

The company is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to lead integration projects between ServiceNow and critical business applications. You will act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure integrations are well‑defined, documented, tested and delivered.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements for integrations.
• Run requirements workshops with business and technical teams.
• Document integration use cases, process flows, interface requirements and data mappings.
• Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support API and system integration discussions, gap analysis and impact assessments.
• Collaborate with integration specialists, developers and solution architects.
• Assist with integration testing, UAT and defect resolution.
• Maintain traceability of requirements and keep documentation up to date.

Required profile

• Proven Business Analyst experience on ServiceNow or enterprise integration programmes.
• Strong understanding of system integration concepts, APIs and data flows.
• Experience creating business requirements, process maps and functional specifications.
• Ability to work closely with technical teams and interpret integration documentation.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and testing lifecycles.
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management and communication skills.
