About the role

A growing Saudi trading and technology group is seeking a PMO Director to bring structure, visibility and delivery discipline to its portfolio of projects and programmes. The role will report to the executive team and offers a competitive package.

Key responsibilities

Build and lead the enterprise PMO, establishing governance, standards and reporting mechanisms.
Give the executive team clear visibility of the portfolio, from prioritisation to benefits realisation.
Set up delivery frameworks, stage‑gates and project controls across all initiatives.
Lead, coach and develop project and programme managers to ensure high performance.
Manage risks, dependencies and escalations across the portfolio.
Report status, forecasts and decisions needed to senior leadership.

Required profile

Senior PMO or portfolio leadership experience, ideally having built a PMO from the ground up.
Strong governance, portfolio management and executive reporting skills.
Relevant certification such as PMP, PgMP or MSP.
Confident communication with executives and delivery teams.
