About the role
Join Roche’s 12‑month Early in Career Development Programme – Commercial in Saudi Arabia. This rotational role is designed for recent pharmacy graduates to gain hands‑on experience across patient care, stakeholder collaboration, and system transformation.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in rotations across patient‑centered functions, strategic initiatives and ecosystem collaborations.
- Work on projects that improve patient outcomes and support personalized healthcare.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external healthcare stakeholders to address real‑world challenges.
Required profile
- Recent graduate (Bachelor’s or PharmD) in Pharmacy or related pharmaceutical science.
- Strong curiosity, learning agility and ability to adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for patient advocacy.
- Proactive, confident problem‑solver eager to take on challenges.
