Senior Business Development Manager – KSA

About the role

almentor is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for the Saudi market to lead strategic institutional sales and drive high‑value opportunities with government, corporate and financial entities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a market development plan targeting priority sectors aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.
• Lead the full sales cycle for enterprise and government accounts, from prospecting to contract negotiation and hand‑over.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with strategic accounts, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing growth.
• Identify and develop ecosystem partnerships with local training providers, HR platforms, telecom operators and universities.
• Prepare high‑quality proposals, business cases and pricing models, using financial analysis to assess deal viability.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data, forecast revenue and report performance against targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise relationship management and complex B2B sales within GCC, preferably Saudi Arabia.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and ability to influence senior decision‑makers.
• Excellent executive communication in Arabic and English.
• Ability to work independently in KSA while coordinating with regional teams.
