About the role
Avensys is seeking an Employee Relationship Officer to join its Riyadh office. The role focuses on managing government‑linked HR platforms and ensuring compliance with Saudi labour regulations while supporting general HR activities.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and maintain government HR platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, and Mudad.
- Ensure all HR processes comply with Saudi Labour Laws.
- Support the Tawteen nationalisation program.
- Handle day‑to‑day HR functions, including employee onboarding, record keeping, and benefits administration.
Required profile
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labour Laws.
- Experience working with the Tawteen programme.
- Proven ability to manage HR operations on government platforms.
