English Tutor (KS3‑KS5) – Residential Position in Riyadh

About the role

We are seeking an experienced English Literature and Language tutor to provide one‑to‑one tuition for a high‑net‑worth family in Riyadh. The role is full‑time, residential and may involve occasional domestic or international travel depending on the family’s schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high‑quality one‑to‑one English Literature and Language lessons for KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience advantageous).
• Develop engaging, age‑appropriate materials aligned with Cambridge and Pearson Edexcel curricula.
• Use creative, hands‑on and experiential learning strategies to boost student engagement.
• Track progress through formative and summative assessments and provide detailed feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of progress, achievements and learning goals.
• Identify and support any additional academic or learning needs.

Required profile

• Specialist in English Literature and Language with a stable career in UK or British international schools.
• Minimum three years (36 months) of teaching experience at KS3/KS4 level.
• Proven ability to deliver differentiated and personalised learning.
• Familiarity with UK and international curricula, preferably Pearson Edexcel.
• Excellent communication skills with students and parents.
• Professionalism, discretion and ability to travel independently.
