Enterprise Account Executive, Oil & Gas (Eastern Region Based)

About the role

ServiceNow is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive for its Oil & Gas business, based in the Eastern region. The role generates new business sales revenue from a SaaS license model through account and territory planning, prospect research, business development strategies and field-based sales activities.

Key responsibilities

• Build relationships with multiple C-suite executives (CFO, CIO, COO, CDO) across all product sales.
• Map client relationships to the account team, orchestrate the account strategy and lead a broad virtual team of Solutions Consultants, Specialists, Success resources, Partners and Marketing.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them understand how ServiceNow fits their IT roadmap.
• Identify the right specialist and support resources to bring into a deal at the right time.

Required profile

• Extensive sales experience in a software or solutions sales organization.
• Proven track record of building trusted relationships with current and prospective clients, negotiating deals and maintaining healthy C-level relationships.
• Experience achieving sales targets.
• Knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry is required.

Required skills

• Ability to think critically about integrating AI into work processes, decision-making or problem-solving, such as using AI-powered tools, automating workflows or analysing AI-driven insights.
• Understanding of the bigger picture and plans around IT.
• A customer success focus in a "win as a team" environment.
