Events Supervisor – Luxury Yacht Club

About the role

The Events Supervisor will lead the planning, organization and delivery of high‑profile events and activations at Amaala Yacht Club, a premier luxury marina on Saudi Arabia’s northwestern coast. This role ensures every member, VIP and brand experience reflects the club’s upscale identity.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage the full event lifecycle – from concept, budgeting and logistics to post‑event reporting.
• Curate a seasonal calendar of luxury member events, regattas and experiential activations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, partners and third‑party vendors for F&B, entertainment, décor, branding, permits and security.
• Develop detailed event briefs, run‑of‑shows and contingency plans.
• Support member‑relations on guest lists, RSVP systems and VIP hosting protocols.
• Ensure compliance with safety, risk‑management and operational procedures.
• Work closely with Marketing and PR for promotion and media engagement.
• Track event KPIs and produce post‑event evaluation reports.
• Assist the BOH Operations manager in executing regattas and sailing‑related events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in event planning or luxury‑hospitality activations.
• Proven experience managing premium, high‑touch events and VIP protocols.
