Evidence Generation Advisor Specialist – Saudi National

About the role

AbbVie’s Medical Affairs Evidence Generation team is seeking an Evidence Generation Advisor Specialist (Saudi National) to lead the end‑to‑end execution of approved evidence‑generation studies and scientific publications. Reporting to the Evidence Generation Lead, the specialist will ensure high‑quality, compliant research delivery across the affiliate portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement detailed study plans with timelines, milestones, budgets and forecasts.
• Manage CROs and vendors, including selection, onboarding, performance monitoring, contract administration and financial reconciliation.
• Coordinate investigator engagement, site activation, study start‑up, operational issue resolution and study close‑out.
• Maintain master study files, ensure inspection‑ready documentation and support audits.
• Track recruitment, monitor study progress, identify risks and escalate critical issues.
• Collaborate with Medical, Market Access, Commercial, Regulatory, Finance, Legal, Clinical Operations and other functions to ensure compliant and impactful evidence generation and dissemination.

Required profile

• Saudi national with experience in managing clinical evidence‑generation projects.
• Strong understanding of medical affairs, CRO/vendor governance and study documentation requirements.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines and cross‑functional stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
