Fashion Consultant - Dhahran Mall

About the role

Chalhoub Group, a luxury retailer with over 10 owned brands and more than 400 international names, is hiring a Fashion Consultant for Dhahran Mall. The consultant drives individual and collective sales targets while delivering an exceptional guest experience and supporting in-store CRM, CX and other customer and people initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Collect data on customer behaviour, top sellers and slow movers to feed business reviews
• Drive client relationships within an omni-channel approach
• Provide pre-buying feedback on products and support sell-throughs within the store
• Promote the MUSE loyalty programme and keep up to date with app offerings
• Ensure adherence to VM guidelines and SOPs, and that click-and-collect is done within service-level agreements
• Capture customer data according to marketing team requirements and drive eNPS through people experience initiatives
• Support in-store marketing events, brand social media campaigns and in-store CX initiatives, and give feedback on what works and what does not

Required profile

• 2 years of experience in luxury fashion brands
• Intermediate to fluent English
