Fashion Consultant - Swarovski

About the role

Chalhoub Group is hiring a Fashion Consultant for its Swarovski store at Nakheel Plaza in Qassim. The consultant drives individual and collective sales targets while delivering an exceptional guest experience and supporting in-store CRM, CX and other customer and people initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Collect data on customer behaviour, top sellers and slow movers to feed business reviews
• Drive client relationships within an omni-channel approach
• Provide pre-buying feedback on products and drive sell-throughs within the store
• Promote the MUSE loyalty programme and keep up to date with app offerings
• Ensure adherence to VM guidelines and SOPs, and that click-and-collect orders meet service-level agreements
• Capture customer data according to marketing team requirements and support in-store marketing events and activations
• Keep abreast of brand social media activities and campaigns, and support in-store CX initiatives
• Contribute feedback on what is working and what is not working in the store

Required profile

• 2 years of experience in luxury fashion brands
• Intermediate to fluent English
