About the role
Join the Sheraton team in Dammam as a Food & Beverage Service Expert, delivering memorable dining experiences for our guests. This full‑time position is open to Saudi nationals and focuses on high‑quality service, safety, and professionalism.
Key responsibilities
- Set and arrange tables, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen staff.
- Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to requests promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, work stations, and service supplies.
- Follow safety procedures, company policies, and uniform standards.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance).
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Saudi national.
