Field Sales Consultant - Classifieds

About the role

Bayut, the number one property portal in the Kingdom and part of the Dubizzle Group, is hiring an experienced Sales Consultant in Dammam. You will carry out daily calls and market visits and adopt a consultative approach to help clients make informed decisions that meet their business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and initial customer engagement to closed sales.
• Maintain consistent daily customer calls and market visits.
• Educate customers on how to align their business goals with sustainable Bayut advertising solutions.
• Cultivate a pipeline of high-value prospects and prospect for new clients while reacting to inbound requests.
• Present sales and marketing solutions and create campaigns that maximise client returns.
• Draft and deliver proposals based on customer needs.
• Report on sales activity (Daily Visit Report) and market intelligence.
• Represent the company positively and conduct all sales activities professionally and with integrity.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Valid and current driving licence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Experience in sales within the internet advertising industry.
• Basic understanding of how to use a CRM.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to pitch advertising solutions over video conference or in person.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills, able to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Ability to work with ambiguity, be proactive, organised and responsible, and work well in a team.
