Finance Intern – Financial Analysis & Business Intelligence

About the role

KEENFINITY is looking for a motivated Finance Intern to support the Finance team with financial analysis and business intelligence. You will work closely with sales, finance, and operations leaders to turn data into actionable insights that improve business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Process daily accounting entries in SAP S/4HANA Cloud together with the BPO team.
• Manage GOSI bill payments and perform regular account reconciliations.
• Follow up on customer payments and coordinate supplier payment activities.
• Maintain customer and vendor master data.
• Perform payroll accounting and related reconciliations.
• Prepare sales forecasts and monitor the open order book for business planning.
• Support the sales team with operational coordination alongside customer service.
• Create purchase orders with the procurement team based on purchasing requirements.
• Contribute to executive‑level dashboards and performance reporting tools.
• Collaborate with senior finance professionals to gain hands‑on experience in financial operations.

Required profile

• Enrolled in finance, business administration, economics or a comparable field with good academic results.
• Strong analytical mindset, reliability, and a team‑player attitude.
• English proficiency (minimum B2); Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
• Basic knowledge of SAP (preferably SAP S/4HANA Cloud).
