Finance Manager – Day‑to‑Day Operations & Budget Control

About the role

Manage Red Sea Sports & Entertainment's daily financial operations, reporting and budget control across all brands and activities. Reporting to the Cluster Manager – Finance, you will ensure accurate transaction recording, compliance with IFRS and internal policies, and provide timely financial insights for decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee AP, AR, GL, cash and bank reconciliations and run month‑end and year‑end close in SAP.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management reports, variance analysis, budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor OPEX and CAPEX against approved budgets, flag overruns and ensure proper approval of PRs, invoices and payments.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, VAT/ZATCA and internal controls; support internal and external audits.
• Develop intercompany recharges, maintain the fixed‑asset register and supervise the finance team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role; hospitality, tourism or entertainment experience preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA or SOCPA are a plus.

Required skills

• Strong SAP experience (FI/CO).
• Knowledge of IFRS, budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with Ariba (preferred).
