Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis

About the role

Saudi Xerox Agencies Company is hiring a Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis in Riyadh. The role manages and develops a team of financial analysts, giving them guidance, mentorship and performance feedback to grow professionally and improve team productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the company's financial planning and forecasting processes, gathering data and assumptions with other departments and senior management to prepare short- and long-term forecasts.
• Lead the annual budgeting process, coordinate and consolidate departmental budgets, monitor actual performance against budget, run variance analysis and recommend cost control measures.
• Supervise monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, analyze financial data for trends and present results and key performance indicators to senior management.
• Oversee complex financial models used for strategic initiatives, investments and scenario planning, and carry out sensitivity analysis and business case evaluations.
• Define and track KPIs, build dashboards and reports, and collaborate with finance, operations and executive leadership to share financial insights.
• Coach others on compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards and internal policies, and identify and mitigate financial risks.
• Manage and develop a team of financial analysts through mentoring and performance feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field; MBA or CFA designation preferred.
• 9-12 years of experience.
