Finance Manager – Strategic Financial Leader

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the company’s financial operations, shaping strategy and ensuring robust financial health. This senior position requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in analysis, budgeting, forecasting and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead preparation and analysis of accurate, timely financial reports.
• Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Conduct in‑depth financial analyses to identify trends, variances and growth opportunities.
• Oversee the budgeting process and collaborate with department heads on annual budgets.
• Monitor performance against budgets, forecasts and benchmarks, recommending corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies; act as liaison for external auditors.
• Manage cash flow, working capital and investment planning to optimize liquidity.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in finance operations.
• Promote financial literacy across departments through training and communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field; master’s degree or CPA preferred.
• 5–7 years of progressive financial management experience.
• Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting and long‑term financial planning.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting practices and compliance standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
