Financial Accountant

About the role

Governix Business Solutions is seeking a full‑time Financial Accountant to join its Riyadh team. This hybrid position (mostly remote) focuses on preparing and analysing financial statements, managing reporting cycles, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Manage financial reporting processes and ensure timely delivery to internal stakeholders.
• Monitor daily transactions, reconcile accounts and support budget preparation.
• Provide financial analysis to aid strategic decision‑making.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain data accuracy and optimise reporting workflows.

Required profile

• Proficiency in preparing financial statements and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience in finance‑related decision support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (CPA or CMA a plus).
• Excellent organisational, problem‑solving and time‑management skills.
• Effective communication and ability to work in a cross‑cultural environment, preferably with knowledge of the Saudi business context.
