Financial Planning & Analysis Manager – Commercial Beauty

About the role

The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management for the commercial beauty segment. You will partner with business leaders to improve profitability and support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and long‑range planning.
• Own monthly performance reviews covering sales, margin, operating expenses, profitability and cash‑flow analysis.
• Present financial insights, risks and recommended actions to senior leadership.
• Partner with commercial, retail, supply chain and brand teams on target setting and performance improvement.
• Strengthen reporting, planning processes, data quality and automation while ensuring alignment with financial controls and policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA or MBA are advantageous.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to communicate with senior executives.
• Experience in retail, luxury, fashion, beauty or FMCG is a plus.
