Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Specialist

About the role

The Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Specialist will lead the company’s budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling activities. This hands‑on role combines deep analytical work with the creation of executive‑level reports and presentations to support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting cycles.
• Conduct variance analysis against budget, forecast and prior periods, highlighting key drivers.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models for scenario planning and investment analysis.
• Manage financial data extraction and reporting from ERP systems, with a focus on SAP and the SAP Fund Management module.
• Prepare executive dashboards, PowerPoint presentations and detailed financial reports for senior leadership.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of financial planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
• 4–5 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to senior management.
