Fleet Support Specialist

About the role

Join NADEC as a Fleet Support Specialist and help ensure smooth daily operations of one of Saudi Arabia's leading fleet organizations. You will coordinate support services, manage documentation, and work closely with government agencies to keep the fleet compliant and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate fleet support activities and ensure compliance with government regulations.
• Manage fleet documentation, vehicle registrations (Istimara), MVPI renewals, and operating permits.
• Liaise with Traffic Police, Public Transport Authority, Ministry of Transport, and other authorities.
• Oversee vehicle insurance, accident follow‑up, and claims processing.
• Support purchase requests, purchase orders, vendor coordination, and invoice processing.
• Monitor fuel consumption, pool vehicles, fleet KPIs, and operational reports.
• Maintain records for fleet, workshop, and assets.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Assist with SAP implementation, reporting, and dashboard development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2–3 years of experience in fleet, transportation, or logistics operations.
• Experience handling fleet documentation and government transactions.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• SAP (knowledge is an advantage)
