About the role

We are seeking a creative Florist to join the new Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea on Shura Island, Saudi Arabia. The Florist will design and craft floral arrangements for guests, events, and daily resort spaces, contributing to the luxury experience of our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Design, create and maintain fresh floral displays for guest rooms, public areas, weddings and special events.
• Select, condition and arrange a variety of flowers, foliage and plants according to seasonal availability.
• Collaborate with the events and food & beverage teams to ensure floral concepts align with overall guest experience.
• Maintain inventory of floral supplies, manage ordering and ensure proper storage.
• Provide personalized service to guests, advising on flower choices and caring for arrangements.

Required profile

• Passion for floral design and a strong eye for detail.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Floral arrangement and design techniques.
• Knowledge of flower care, conditioning and preservation.
• Ability to source and manage floral inventory.
