Food Runner – Fine Dining Service in Riyadh

About the role

Accor is looking for enthusiastic Food Runners to join its dynamic hospitality team in Riyadh. You will act as the essential link between the kitchen and guests, ensuring every dish reaches the table promptly, accurately, and with the highest presentation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review kitchen tickets and coordinate with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams for smooth service flow.
• Transport food items from the kitchen to guest tables quickly and gracefully.
• Carry trays and tray jacks up to 25 lb while navigating the dining area professionally.
• Perform daily side‑work tasks with attention to detail.
• Engage with guests politely, providing friendly and professional service.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with health regulations.
• Multitask multiple orders in a high‑volume environment and support overall restaurant operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in fine‑dining or upscale restaurant service.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and remain calm during peak periods.
• Physical capability to lift and carry up to 25 lb regularly.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.

Required skills

• Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems (preferred).
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
