Foreign Procurement Specialist

About the role

The Foreign Procurement Specialist will support international procurement operations by managing supplier communications, preparing purchase documentation, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery of materials that meet production requirements and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact international suppliers to obtain quotations and confirm orders.
• Prepare and process purchase orders with accurate specifications, pricing, and delivery terms.
• Track shipments, coordinate with logistics, and ensure customs clearance for on‑time delivery.
• Maintain procurement records and documentation within ERP systems.
• Support supplier evaluation processes and keep vendor databases up to date.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align procurement activities with production schedules.
• Resolve minor discrepancies in orders, invoices, and deliveries in coordination with suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and international trade regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in foreign procurement or supply chain.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Basic procurement training or certification; CIPS Level 2 or equivalent preferred.
