Founding Head of Marketing & Enrollment Growth

About the role

The Founding Head of Marketing & Enrollment Growth will shape and lead Qureos Inc's brand strategy and marketing function from the ground up. Reporting directly to senior leadership, this role drives enrollment targets, brand awareness, and overall business objectives across multiple international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the institution’s brand strategy, ensuring strong identity and market competitiveness.
• Design and implement annual marketing plans and campaign calendars aligned with enrollment and revenue goals.
• Create data‑driven, multi‑channel campaigns that leverage customer insights, creative messaging, and optimal channel selection.
• Integrate digital lead‑generation initiatives and act as product owner for the website and digital presence.
• Collaborate with student recruitment teams to meet lead‑generation and enrollment targets.
• Continuously improve marketing effectiveness through reporting, automation, analytics, and optimization.
• Maintain a digital‑first approach, staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing marketing team.
• Partner with academic, admissions, and external stakeholders to ensure consistent, conversion‑focused messaging.
• Manage external vendors, media, and recruitment partners.
• Develop and oversee the marketing budget, providing accurate ROI reporting and forecasting.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in B2C marketing, digital‑first growth strategies, and multi‑channel campaign execution.
• Demonstrated ability to launch and scale a brand in competitive markets.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in reporting, automation, and performance optimization.
• Excellent collaboration skills with academic, admissions, and external partners.
