FWA AI Engineer Manager

About the role

The FWA AI Engineer Manager will lead the design, development and deployment of artificial‑intelligence solutions that detect and investigate fraud, waste and abuse (FWA) for Bupa Arabia. Working closely with the FWA Lead, data scientists and business stakeholders, you will translate analytical models into scalable, cloud‑native services that integrate with operational workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Assess technical feasibility of approved FWA use cases and define solution approaches.
• Build and optimise AI models for anomaly detection, graph analytics and document intelligence on Google Cloud Platform.
• Develop APIs, scoring services and integration components to enable production deployment.
• Coordinate with data‑engineering and IT teams to deploy solutions into live environments.
• Conduct testing, quality assurance and support user‑acceptance testing to ensure accuracy and performance.
• Maintain and continuously improve AI solutions post‑deployment.
